We hope you're safe and well. In this week's newsletter, we're rolling back the years as we take a look at one of golf's most famous drivers of all time and compare it to today's equivalent. We'll be working our way through the bag over the next few weeks so be sure to keep an eye out for our weekly emails! As always, if there's anything that tickles your fancy, reply to this email and we'll be happy to help. Good news this week as we got the green light to be able to return to 4 balls on the course. Here are a few of the main points for members to follow: • Social distance guidelines to be adhered to at all times • All play must commence from the first tee(s) • No cutting in at any point on the courses • Booking must be made on BRS and include all players names • Players encouraged to arrive a maximum of 15 minutes before their tee time and must leave the courses immediately on completion of play • Car park at 15th tee New Course remains closed • Members are reminded the pin is not to be removed • 6 inches preferred lies in bunkers • The practice area remains open but limited to four players at any given and to allow fairness to all a maximum of one hour stay permitted • Putting green open and limited to four players at a time. Please limit your practice to ten minutes. • For the time being courses are members-only – no guests permitted
Match and Handicap are currently looking at the options for the return to competitive golf and further information will follow.
We also hope to have some more information on the Pro Shop in next weeks newsletter. Happy Golfing & Enjoy the Read! |
