It was a very windy Saturday for the Medal. Alistair had played his shot onto the 15th Green, marked and cleaned his ball then replaced it. Before he could pick up his marker a gust of wind set his ball in motion and blew it off the green. Turning to Sandy he said "that's a bit unfair what do I do now? What was his reply?
Sandy informed Alistair that his ball was in play when he had replaced it, whether or not his marker had been removed. Consequently the ball MUST be played from it's new position off the green (Rule 20-4).
