The women’s game is slightly different as while the men’s majors have consisted of 4 key tournaments, the women’s tournaments that have been defined as ‘majors’ have varied over time. The following golfers have however secured the grand-slams of their eras.
Annika Sörenstam – Considered one of the best female golfers of all time, Annika Sörenstam secured 10 major titles
Karrie Webb – The only woman to have won 5 different major tournaments, Karrie Webb was a formidable force in the early 2000s
Mickey Wright – She won 13 different major titles including the LPGA and Women’s U.S. Open four times each
Louise Suggs – Louise Suggs achieved popularity for winning both the Women’s Western and Titleholders majors four times each
Juli Inkster – Juli Inkster’s career consisted of 31 wins, 7 of them being major trophies

Who could be next to join the ranks of grand-slam winners? Phil Mickelson is missing only a U.S. Open trophy and Jordan Spieth needs to win the PGA Championship.
